All concepts, drafts, designs, and materials created by 6th Co. Studio & Design remain the property of the studio until full payment is received. Upon final payment:

  • Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client

  • 6th Co. Studio & Design retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social platforms

Raw files (e.g., layered design files, working files) are not included unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

7. Website & Digital Deliverables

For website projects:

  • Hosting, domain registration, and third‑party platform fees are the responsibility of the client

  • 6th Co. Studio & Design is not responsible for platform outages, plugin conflicts, or third‑party service issues

  • Post‑launch maintenance is not included unless part of a paid plan

8. Use of Website Content
